Could eating like your child help you lose weight?

This past Monday, I had the pleasure of being on ABC’s Wake Up Wisconsin, where I was interviewed about the pros and cons of eating like your child. You may have heard of the “Baby food diet,” in which people consume baby food in an effort to lose weight. I definitely wouldn’t recommend eating jars of baby food, however there are some important cues we can take from children and babies when it comes to eating habits. For example, babies and toddlers stop eating when they are full no matter how much food is left on their plate. Check out the full interview here:
