Yogurt Dill Salad Dressing
Makes about 1/2 cup

This salad dressing tastes delicious on a cucumber salad with tomatoes or is great on just about any salad where you ordinarily use ranch or blue cheese dressing. Most store bought versions of these dressings are loaded with soybean oil, which is rich in inflammatory omega-6 fatty acids. Definitely give this light and refreshing dressing a try on your next salad.

Yogurt Dill Dressing in Food Processor

1/2 cup whole milk yogurt (preferably organic)
Juice of half a lemon
1 teaspoon honey
