Cocoa Coconut Balls
These delicious bite-sized balls are quick to make and sure to be a crowd-pleaser and have only 2 grams of added sugar per ball.
Gluten free/Dairy free
Makes about 20 one-inch balls
1 cup pecans
⅓ cup pitted dates (about 8 deglet noor dates)
2 tablespoons coconut oil
¼ cup cocoa powder
¼ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1 tablespoon maple syrup
½ teaspoon salt
Add all ingredients to the food processor or blender, and process for about 30-60 seconds until mixture sticks to the sides of the food processor. Roll into about one-inch balls. Store in the refrigerator.
